Tampa, FL & Surrounding Areas | Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis (ABBA)


Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis (ABBA) is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy company serving families throughout the Tampa area. We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with immediate clients available and full-time hours ready to start.


Our team focuses on consistent schedules, strong BCBA support, and a positive work culture so our therapists can focus on providing meaningful, high-quality services. We work to maintain stable schedules and consistent caseloads for our therapists whenever possible.


At ABBA, you will work closely with experienced BCBAs and a collaborative team dedicated to helping both our clients and our staff succeed.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record client data using electronic systems
  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards during all sessions

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history
  • L2 background check
  • I9 and W4 updated forms
  • Maintain RBT certification
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
  • Basic Life Support CPR/AED training provided by the agency and renew certifications as needed
  • Receive Ongoing Supervision
  • Adhere to BACB Ethics
