  • Maintain all required documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development sessions.
  • Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with students who have diverse special educational needs. This includes providing targeted support to those with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and those affected by trauma. Your work will empower students to navigate their challenges, enhancing their academic and personal lives.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • Ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop and monitor treatment plans effectively.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining professional ethical standards and a solid understanding of boundaries in therapeutic practice.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer software applications.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
