Current and active BCBA certification

BCBA Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
