Job description

TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Change Management Lead for an opportunity in Bay area, CA!

Job Title: Change Management Lead

Location: Plesanton, CA / San Francisco, CA - on site as needed

Duration: Contract - 6 months

Pay Range: $70- $75/hr (W2)

Position Overview

This role will lead the organizational change management efforts for a multi-year enterprise transformation initiative focused on replacing the existing sales system and improving the overall customer experience across retail locations.

Project Timeline

  • Pilot launch scheduled for this year.
  • Initial deployment across 10โ€“20 stores.
  • Gradual expansion to approximately 200 stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall enterprise change management strategy.
  • Create and execute comprehensive change management plans throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings with actionable recommendations to project teams and executive leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Advise leadership on organizational development, behavioral change, and change readiness to support successful adoption.
  • Build organizational capability for change and help leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and business needs.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level change management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise organizations.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale hardware implementation and rollout projects affecting broad user populations.
  • Strong background in organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams throughout complex transformation programs.

Work Location

  • Primarily remote.
  • Occasional onsite meetings in the Bay Area (approximately once every 3 weeks or once per month).
  • Additional onsite presence may be required later in the project, subject to budget approval.

Candidate Location

  • Must reside in the Bay Area.

Travel

  • Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
  • Candidates must be willing to cover their own travel costs for required onsite meetings.
