Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Applied Behavior Analysis Assistant (ABAA) - Carmen Arace Middle School.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Two years ABA/DTI experience with students with Autism preferred;
  • PMT/CPI trained
  • Ability and physical capacity to provide immediate Crisis Assistance/De-escalation strategies
  • Respond Immediately to a student in crisis
  • Independently work with students who exhibit challenging behaviors
  • Ability to collect data and follow Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • NCLB qualified;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with inclusion;
  • Other attributes and skills as deemed appropriate and necessary
