Director of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)

The Pediatric Development Center (PDC) is looking for a bold, experienced Director of ABA whoโ€™s ready to step into a leadership role thatโ€™s as rewarding as it is impactful. This isnโ€™t just another Director title. Itโ€™s your chance to:

Position: Full-time, onsite at our Rockville location
Compensation: $110,000 + bonus up to $16,000

  • 5+ years of ABA experience (with at least 3 in leadership/supervision).
  • BCBA certification in good standing + Maryland license (or ability to obtain).
  • Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and grow teams of clinicians.

  • A true collaborator who thrives working alongside speech, OT, and feeding specialists.
  • Belief that parents are partnersโ€”family-centered care is at the heart of everything you do.
  • (Bonus points if you bring feeding therapy, FCT, or social skills experience!)
