Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS) is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a BT at LBS, youโ€™ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. Youโ€™ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills โ€” all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
  • Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college courses.
