360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders. We are looking to hire Part-Time Behavioral Technicians who will work with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Behavioral Technicians will work under the supervision of our Case Supervisors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's), and our trainers who are all members of a Clinical Team. All employees are expected to go through extensive paid on-the-job training.

Position Summary:

The role of Behavioral Technician at 360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC), is to be part of the clinical team and assist with implementing (ongoing supervision of a Clinical Supervisor or BCBA) analytic-behavioral services by conducting a 1:1 direct session with the company clients focusing on, including, but not limited to:

  • Measurement & Assessment, Behavior Reduction, Skill Acquisition
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Read goals and implement them with correct stimuli or appropriate activity
  • Must be able to use DTT and NET strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Functions of Behavior, take ABC Narrative data, frequency data, and understands how it relates to progress reports for clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of using various platforms: paper, and electronic platforms including Central Reach and more
  • Able to keep client information private, such as converting client names to acronyms, does not discuss client information with anyone other than the specific Clinical Team
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members of the organization
  • Commitment to maintain employee, client and personal health information confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a High school diploma
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a passion to positively affect change in a child's life
  • Prior exposure working with toddlers, children, and/or teens in any capacity
  • Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, walk & engaging on the floor for extended periods of time as well lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance
