Clinical Program Manager BCBA

360 Human Services is hiring a Clinical Program Manager BCBA to lead in-person ABA clinical services and day-to-day program operations. This role is for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who can supervise clinical teams, mentor developing clinicians, support strong client outcomes, and ensure ethical, compliant ABA service delivery.

The Clinical Program Manager BCBA provides hands-on clinical oversight, staff leadership, caregiver support, and supervision for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates in alignment with Behavior Analyst Certification Board requirements.

Pay: $90,000 to $105,000 per year
Location: In person
Schedule: Flexible availability required based on program, supervision, and client needs
FLSA Status: Exempt
Supervisory Role: Yes
Reports To: Director of Clinical Operations, Clinical Director, or designee

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic and program operations, including staffing coverage, scheduling coordination, workflow consistency, and service continuity.
  • Provide BCBA-level clinical supervision across assigned clinic clients for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Conduct intake assessments, authorize treatment plans, and review clinical documentation, reports, and programming.
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition plans, treatment strategies, and data-based program updates.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach RBTs, Behavior Technicians, Case Supervisors, Behavior Coordinators, Assistant Program Managers, and developing clinicians.
  • Provide supervision and sign off on hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates in alignment with BACB requirements, organizational policy, and ethical standards.
  • Lead team meetings, case reviews, training sessions, and staff development efforts to improve clinical quality and consistency.
  • Address clinical concerns, family escalations, staff performance issues, and service barriers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, confidentiality laws, state and county regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Ensure clinical notes, treatment plans, reports, supervision documentation, and incident reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the designated CANRA mandatory reporter and ensure required reports are filed within legally required timelines.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and operationally ready environment for clients, families, and staff.
  • Support program growth, quality assurance, audits, corrective action plans, and operational improvement projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Required

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, behavior science, human development, behavioral health, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification or licensure in good standing.
  • ABA clinical experience with leadership and/or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA assessment, behavior reduction, skill acquisition, caregiver training, data analysis, and ethical practice.
  • Ability to manage clinic operations, lead clinical teams, and hold staff accountable to performance and conduct expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability to meet program needs, clinical supervision requirements, and staff support needs.

Preferred

  • Experience supervising BCBA trainees and signing off BACB fieldwork hours.
  • Experience supporting RBT competency assessments and credentialing requirements.
  • Clinic-based ABA operations or program leadership experience.
  • Multi-site program oversight experience.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • In-person, clinic-based role with both office-based and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout clinic settings for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Occasional extended work hours may be required based on client needs, staffing, supervision demands, or operational priorities.
