Overview
We are seeking a passionate and growth-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic behavioral health team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide and oversee ABA therapy services across diverse age groups
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance
Participate in research initiatives and contribute to clinical advancements
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
BCBA certification required (or eligibility)
Eligible for Iowa state licensure
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
