Overview

We are seeking a passionate and growth-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic behavioral health team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, research-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide and oversee ABA therapy services across diverse age groups

  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance

  • Participate in research initiatives and contribute to clinical advancements

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
