Looking for an exciting career? If you are self-motivated, dependable and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, then this is the job for you! Nittany Energy is looking for individuals to fill an opening in our Beer Cave.

Beer Cave Manager duties include but not limited to:

  • Must be 21 Years or older
  • Must pass PLCB background check
  • Maintain PLCB Owner Manager Training
  • Maintain a fully stocked beer cave
  • Meet with sales people to create accurate orders.
  • Check in and put all orders away
  • Ensure that proper rotation requirements are being met.
  • Certify that all pricing is accurate, check weekly and submit results to the corporate office
  • Work with sales people to determine what are slow/no movement items and what may be a good substitution.
  • Keep beer cave clean and organized.
  • Write wine orders as needed, pick wine up from local state store.
  • Ensure wine is rotated as well (FIFO).
  • Stay up to date with any local events and order as necessary for such events.
  • Keep RAMP binders up to date with all required materials.
  • Recap Sales, ID report, Invoices, Training
  • Track and coordinate online roster
  • Schedule new hire training and follow up with employees
  • Keep inventory levels shrink under 2%
