Job description

3 Rivers Beer LLC is seeking a self-starting and entrepreneurial leader to manage its restaurant,located at 6601 Hamilton Ave, 15206. This position is an intense and fast-paced role requiring drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's associates, ordering product, taking inventory, advising on promotional opportunities, and ensuring that the restaurant's product assortment meets the expectations of its customer base. The restaurant's success will rest on your shoulders and will be determined by your ability to execute and effectively lead a team that is hyper-focused on delivering a perfect experience for our customers.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of managing and leadership experience, minimum of 5 years' experience with a fast-paced environment and leading a blended workforce of W2 and 1099 employees.
  • Retail, warehouse, logistics, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a restaurant or store that sells alcohol strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills with conflict resolution
  • Strong skills with team development and engagement
  • Ability to lead in an ever-changing environment
  • Proven track record of being a change agent with improving processes and efficiencies
  • Ability to work with fluid schedules

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management responsibilities of the restaurant
  • Responsible for ordering the restaurant's inventory, and engaging with local beer distributors
  • Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant remains compliant with state alcohol beverage laws
  • Coordination with delivery drivers to ensure that all deliveries are executed seamlessly
  • Accountable to drive the financial performance of the restaurant by ensuring that budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved
  • Implementing and monitoring asset protection, safety controls, overseeing the safety of our people and products, operational and quality assurance reviews
  • Conduct routine updates with the owner
