Job description

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a school-based role in Beaumont, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time position supporting a local school district and is ideal for credentialed School Psychologists who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Unlike traditional district hiring, working with The Stepping Stones Group means you're backed by a team built by School Psychologists, for School Psychologists-with clinical leadership, real support, and a career infrastructure designed around your profession.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Texas
  • Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP-approved or equivalent program
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral)
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans
  • Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted)
  • Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
  • Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality
