• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs through scheduled virtual sessions, ensuring to adapt your communication style to establish rapport effectively.
• Create personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing on therapeutic approaches that resonate with the individual needs and preferences of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy, to address client-specific challenges.
• Document all aspects of the therapeutic process, including session notes and client progress, in a timely and organized manner to ensure compliance with organizational standards and promote continuity of care.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, reviewing and adjusting goals during sessions to meet their evolving mental health needs.
• Participate in weekly supervision meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and receive guidance that enhances therapeutic skills and professional development.

The clients you will serve at Beaumont Mental and Wellness Center come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients promptly in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards clients, ensuring a supportive and caring approach.
• Effective organizational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and maintain thorough documentation of client interactions.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting and using telehealth platforms to enhance client engagement.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with adults, adolescents, or families with diverse mental health needs.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application to different client populations.
