BDC Manager - Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

Landmark Automotive Group is currently looking for a BDC Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the BDC team to achieve department goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead conversion and appointment setting.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Sales/Service teams to align BDC efforts with dealership objectives.
  • Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Supervise all inbound and outbound lead handling, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Implement processes to improve response times and customer experience.
  • Oversee CRM utilization, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Hire, train, and mentor BDC representatives to enhance performance and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
  • Foster a positive and results-driven work environment.
  • Monitor and refine BDC scripts, workflows, and best practices to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new technologies for lead management.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal use of CRM, phone systems, and other tools.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present performance updates to upper management and dealership stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a dealership BDC, sales, or automotive management role.
