As a BDC Appointment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and create an exceptional customer experience that drives dealership success.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
  • Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
  • Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
  • Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
  • Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
Qualifications
  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
