Job Description

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Business Development Center and Internet Department including handling inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, text and Internet as well as providing a warm hand-off to customers once in-dealership.

eLead, CarWars and vAuto experience preferred. Toyota experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities for BDC/Internet Manager
  • Convert opportunities to customers
  • Work in concert with the Sales Manager to ensure vehicle merchandising is on point – photos, descriptions and pricing
  • Set Appointments
  • Confirm Appointments
  • Commit to a short-term and long-term internet lead follow-up process
  • Serve as first point of contact for all inbound sales callsManage Sales Associate CRM workplans and provide coaching
  • Act as the liaison between the Service Drive Coordinator and the Sales Department
  • Maintain awareness of current advertising and incentives
