Job Title: Sales/Internet BDC Representative
Location: LAX CDJR, Inglewood, CA
Pay: $22/hr + Bonuses
LAX Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Inglewood is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales/Internet BDC Representative to join our growing team! If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be a part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to internet leads promptly via phone, email, and text messages, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries and schedule appointments for walk-ins and phone-up prospects.
  • Follow up with customers who have shown interest in vehicles to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize dealership CRM to manage and track customer interactions and ensure no lead goes unaddressed.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls to nurture past customers, maintain relationships, and promote new sales.
  • Assist in driving sales through lead generation strategies and appointment setting.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and Ford products to effectively assist customers and answer inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a Business Development Center (BDC) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text.
  • Experience with CRM software or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
