Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Riverside, CA

Setting: Clinic-based

Population Served: Children 2 - 18

Hours: Full-time - Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00 OR

Part-time - Monday-Friday from 4:30-7:30 pm


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Provide high-quality ABA services in a center-based early intervention program
  • Support a typical caseload of 6–8 clients (12 maximum)
  • Collaborate closely with a strong clinical team including 4 BCBAs and mid-level RBT/BT supervisors
  • Contribute to program development, supervision, and staff training
  • Work within a clinic culture focused on safety, collaboration, and staff support
  • Join a low-turnover, positive environment for both clients and employees


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 6-8 clients (12 maximum)
  • Billable hour expectations: 30 hours per week (on average)


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary: $85-90K
  • Bonus structure: Sign on bonus
