Job Title: Part-Time BCBA

Location: Orange County, California (In-person and Telehealth Options Available)

About Us:

We are a growing provider of behavior analytic services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. Our team values quality care, collaboration, and professional growth. We are currently seeking a qualified, bilingual (Spanish/English) BCBA to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:

As a part-time BCBA, you will manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, providing individualized behavior intervention services in various settings including at home, within the community, and in schools. You will have the flexibility to conduct sessions and BCBA supervision sessions in both in-person and via telehealth, working approximately 25-30+ hours per week. Client locations very within OC area (e.g., Anaheim, Orange, Garden Grove, La Habra, Brea, Fullerton, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments (FBAs) and provide direct behavioral intervention for clients with autism.
  • Hold client sessions in diverse settings (home, community, and school) to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience with autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc.
  • Proven clinical and supervision experience.
  • FBA experience
  • Report writing experience
  • Clinical treatment plan writing experience
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid California BCBA certification and relevant state licensure as applicable.
  • Pass Background Check
  • Master's Degree
  • Immunization Record
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Drivers License, Proof of Car Insurance.
  • Proof of Degrees
