Compensation:Â $80,000 to $95,000
Sign on Bonus:Â $1,000 on hired and paid out at 6 month anniversary

Career Growth:Â
Clinical Supervisors have a clear attainable path to Senior BCBA and Clinical Director roles, with structured leadership development and mentorship from senior clinicians.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 clients Â
- Provide supervision for BTs in the home, school, and communityÂ
- Collaborate effectively with other service providersÂ
- Write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and on-going treatment plansÂ
- Meet with BTs quarterly (check-ins)Â
- Lead clinical team meetings and collaborate with caregiversÂ
- Conduct parent training sessions to address individualized parent goalsÂ
- Provide initial and ongoing training and supervision to BTs on assigned cases.Â
- Create individualized treatment plans for each childÂ
- Analyze data and frequently modify intervention plansÂ
- Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, as neededÂ

Required SkillsRequired: Â
- Active BCBA Certification in good standingÂ
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field  Â
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance Â
- Pass criminal background check and TB testÂ
Â
Preferred: Â
- Minimum 2 years of supervision experience (i.e., program design and modification, behavior management experience, parent training, staff training/management, etc.)Â
- Experience managing a caseload in a clinic or home-based settingÂ
- Extensive knowledge of ABA principles and strategies (i.e., Discrete Trial Training- DTT, Natural Environment Training- NET, Verbal Behavior, etc.)Â
- Experience with conducting assessments (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessments, Vineland, etc.)Â
- Experience with writing treatment plans (i.e., Initial report, treatment plan updates, etc.)Â
