Job description

As a BCBA at ABS Kids, you will supervise the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) process, design individualized behavior intervention plans, train and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with children on the autism spectrum and their families.
Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a targeted caseload of approximately 10-12 clients.
  • Treatment Planning: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design customized behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
  • Supervision & Mentorship: Oversee, train, and support RBTs and BTs implementing the daily intervention plans.
  • Family Collaboration: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to parents and caregivers.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze data collection to adjust treatment goals and track client progress.
