Magical Moments ABA, a fast-growing, client and therapist-focused company is seeking a strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:

Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees

Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day

Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team

Have the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.

Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans

Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.

Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.

Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis

Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
