Mysa Autism Center is growing, and we are excited to open a new Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position on our clinical team!

Position Overview
The BCBA will provide clinical leadership, supervision, assessment, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and direct support to Registered Behavior Technicians and clients receiving ABA therapy services.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is clinically strong, organized, solution-focused, and excited to be part of a center where their voice matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers as appropriate
- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support a positive, ethical, and collaborative team culture
- Participate in clinical meetings, team development, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Help create meaningful, individualized outcomes for clients and families
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Eligibility to provide and maintain ABA services in Indiana
