Starting wage of $22.50 per hour plus $3 shift differential

We're seeking an experienced Batch Operator who is motivated and has a real enthusiasm for creating great tasting food. You enjoy the science of food, knowing that exact measurement of ingredients and the right blending process are critical to making a high-quality product. You're a self-starter who enjoys working independently with minimal direction, and take pride in your equipment, processes and end products. You also enjoy being on a positive, productive team that works together to make great products and do what you can to help your team members throughout the day. And you enjoy the physicality of the job, knowing you won't have to go to Cross Fit after work.
