Location:ย Covington, KY
Pay: $20 - $23/hr
Schedule: 6:45p-7:15a
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Batch Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Batch Operator will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials according to specified formulas, ensuring the production of high-quality batches in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix raw materials for production batches according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor batch processes and equipment to ensure optimal operation and quality control.
- Document all batch production activities, including ingredient amounts and processing times.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve any production issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in manufacturing or chemistry is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Batch Operator or in a similar role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with batch processing equipment and chemical handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
