Data Hoops Scouting is looking for motivated and well-connected individuals within the basketball community to join our growing sales team.

This opportunity is designed for someone who loves basketball, already has relationships within the game, and wants to earn additional income while gaining experience in the basketball scouting industry.

Whether you're connected with players, parents, coaches, trainers, AAU programs, high schools, college programs, agents, scouts, or other basketball professionals, your network could be a great starting point.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to introduce players and basketball programs to Data Hoops Scouting and help us develop new client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Connect with potential players, parents, coaches, teams, and basketball programs
• Generate your own leads through networking and outreach
• Introduce prospects to Data Hoops Scouting's services
• Schedule consultations and sales appointments
• Build relationships with basketball professionals
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Help turn qualified prospects into clients
• Maintain consistent communication with potential clients
• Represent Data Hoops Scouting professionally

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.

Representatives earn commission when they successfully generate sales for Data Hoops Scouting.

In addition to commissions, representatives will have opportunities to earn monthly performance bonuses based on production.

There is no set limit on how much commission a motivated representative can generate.

Flexible Opportunity

We recommend starting this position part-time, making it a good opportunity for someone who already works, attends school, coaches, trains players, or has another role within basketball.

You can build your business and client network around your existing schedule.

We are looking for representatives who can remain consistent with outreach, networking, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
