Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and data entry support to multiple departments and managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of items entering and leaving the processing area.
  • Process spreadsheets and enter data into multiple company software systems.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas for items received from route merchandisers.
  • Verify and maintain the accuracy of operational records and documentation.
  • Communicate daily progress and completed work through verbal and written updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
  • Follow company security procedures and established office processes.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and operational support as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three years of administrative support or data entry experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
  • Must be able to consent to a drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
