This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 5 years of skilled remodeling and interior finishing and ideally basement finishing experience.  A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Carpenter / Basement Finisher Requirements:
  • 5 years of finished carpentry work including framing walls, hanging doors, installing ceilings, and fllooring.
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in growing with the company
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Be a team player
  • A desire to establish a positive work culture
  • OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

Experienced Carpenter Compensation:   Production pay based on revenue generated on the job.  Experienced and efficient installers have high earning potential.
 
Experienced Carpenter Minimum Requirements:
  • Construction/Carpentry: 2+ years
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
