Job description

ictor 1 Lawn Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead with strong commercial mowing experience to join our growing team. We specialize in maintaining athletic fields, parks, greenways, baseball fields, football fields, and soccer fields throughout the Charlotte area.

This is not residential lawn care. We are looking for professionals who understand commercial-level production, quality, safety, and consistency.

The ideal candidate must have experience operating large commercial mowing equipment, including 96” Toro batwing mowers, and be able to lead by example in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Operate 96” Toro batwing mowers safely and efficiently
  • Cut and maintain baseball, football, and soccer fields on a weekly schedule
  • Lead and assist crew members in daily operations
  • Maintain professional-quality field appearance and striping
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and basic equipment care
  • Follow route schedules and communicate effectively with management
  • Assist with trimming, blowing, edging, and site cleanup when needed
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial landscaping experience
  • Experience operating large commercial mowing equipment required
  • Experience with athletic field maintenance preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
