Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to help keep our production operation running at a high level in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a polymer manufacturing environment, but we value strong industrial maintenance fundamentals and train the right people.
One major differentiator: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, a direct reflection of how seriously this company supports and retains its team.

  • Continuous Improvement - Identify recurring issues, support upgrades and reliability improvements, and help implement changes that improve uptime, safety, and maintainability.
  • Documentation & Shift Handoff - Log work performed, downtime causes, and parts usage in CMMS/maintenance logs; communicate clearly during shift handoffs to keep work moving.
