FM2, Lee Company's facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.

Summary of Job:

The FM2 BAS Integrator is responsible for the software programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation for all types of HVAC control systems, as well as building automation system commissioning, training and technical support for facility operators. FM2 BAS Integrator is responsible for facilitating and supporting the integration of multiple facility systems. FM2 BAS Integrator will work with communication protocols including, but not limited to, BACnet MS/TP & IP, Echelon, Modbus, and Zigbee.

Education and Experience:

  • Required is a HS diploma or greater
  • Installation & Commissioning Interoperability of systems, or equivalent
  • HVAC Electrical Troubleshooting, or equivalent
  • Tridium Niagara AX/N4 Certified, or equivalent
  • BAS Advanced Applications
  • Experience in IT networks

Skills and Abilities:

  • BAS Protocols - Develops an understanding of BAS communication protocols
  • Electrical Knowledge - Has an in depth understanding of Ohm's Law and electrical circuits
  • Blueprints - Understands the basic concepts of blueprints and schematic drawings
  • HVAC Systems - Develops basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Hydronic Systems - Understands the basics of chilled, condenser and hot water systems
  • Air Side Systems - Understands the basics of variable and constant volume air flows.
