A rapidly expanding Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Specialist (Mid & Senior Level) in Atlanta, GA. This position is well-suited for professionals with strong BAS commissioning, troubleshooting, and integration experience, including hands-on work with Tridium/Niagara and other automation platforms. The role offers strong compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term growth within a mission-critical environment.

  • Title: BAS Controls Specialist (Mid & Sr. Level)
  • Location: Atlanta, GA
  • Compensation: $85K-$140K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Commission, troubleshoot, and optimize Tridium/Niagara controllers and sequences of operation.

  • Install DDC controllers, field sensors, relays, actuators, and associated control hardware.

  • Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to ensure accurate performance.
  • Document daily commissioning activities, maintain system logs, and complete test records.
