BAS Controls Technician - $85K-$110K + 10% Bonus - Lithia Springs, GA (Stationary Data Center Site)About the Opportunity:

An established HVAC, Controls, and Data Center Solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled BAS Controls Technician for a full-time, stationary data center assignment in Lithia Springs, GA. This is an on-site role supporting a mission-critical facility with minimal travel unless local workload shifts.

The position offers competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced technologies in a high-reliability data center environment.

  • Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Data Center Site)
  • Travel: Minimal - occasional travel to Ashburn VA, Atlanta GA, New York NY, Minneapolis MN, Denver CO, or San Diego CA if project demands shift
Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and update sequences of operation
  • Service and support both proprietary and open BAS/BMS platforms
  • Perform point-to-point device checkout and full system verification
  • Integrate systems using Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP protocols
  • Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low-voltage control hardware
  • Build, wire, and test control panels and field-mounted components
  • Terminate, label, and organize low-voltage cabling
  • Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to ensure accuracy
  • Document daily commissioning steps and log all test results
  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (Based on Experience)
