RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior Experience as a Service Technician or similar position
  • Install, maintain, and repair control systems for existing clients
  • Continuous commissioning of past controls projects
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Check for hardware failures and provide software updates as needed
  • Apart of nonscheduled service calls as required
  • Well versed in troubleshooting, repair, diagnosing and commissioning controls BAS systems
  • Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
  • Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users, and general contractors
