A rapidly expanding HVAC and Building Automation services provider is hiring experienced BAS Controls Technicians throughout Florida. This role supports BAS installations, service, and troubleshooting across commercial and mission-critical environments statewide.

Position Details
  • Title: BAS Controls Technician
  • Location: Tampa, Florida
  • Hiring: Mid-Level and Senior-Level Technicians
  • Pay: $25.00 - $40.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Vehicle: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (varies by region/role)
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, terminate, calibrate, and troubleshoot BAS field devices, sensors, relays, controllers, and control panels
  • Perform functional testing, device verification, and complete point-to-point checkout procedures
  • Support BAS networking and integrations using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols
  • Partner with project managers and programmers to ensure accurate commissioning and project closeout
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and on-site technical support
