Position Details
  • Title: BAS Controls Technician
  • Location: Miami, Florida
  • Hiring: Mid-Level & Senior-Level Technicians
  • Pay: $25.00 - $40.00/hour (experience-based)

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, terminate, calibrate, and troubleshoot BAS sensors, controllers, relays, panels, and field devices
  • Perform functional testing, point-to-point verification, and device validation
  • Assist with BAS integrations using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols
  • Work closely with project managers and programmers to support commissioning and closeout efforts

Ideal Candidate
