Tridium Programmer – Denver, CO – $40.00–$55.00/hour + OT + Profit Sharing About the Opportunity:

A highly reputable HVAC mechanical contractor is looking for an experienced Tridium Programmer to support its expanding Building Automation team in the Denver metro area. This organization is well known for long-term stability, strong customer relationships, and a direct-to-owner service model that has built a trusted reputation throughout Colorado.

  • Location: Denver, CO (with occasional travel to Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and mountain-region projects)
  • Work Schedule: Approximately 50% Field / 50% Office
  • Status: Full-Time
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara (N4, AX, or R2)
  • Capable of independently programming, integrating, and troubleshooting BAS systems
  • Strong documentation, commissioning, and workflow skills
  • Comfortable coordinating directly with controls managers, project engineers, and field teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and program Tridium Niagara-based Building Automation Systems
  • Integrate third-party devices using BACnet, Modbus, and other common protocols
  • Update, document, and maintain accurate as-built conditions and SOO improvements
  • Assist with installation oversight and support system startup activities
  • Commission new and retrofit BAS systems across a variety of commercial environments
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and provide occasional installation supportHourly Rate: $40.00 – $55.00 (DOE) + Overtime
