A leading building automation contractor is seeking an experienced Controls Programmer (Level II or III) to support expanding project demand across the Austin metro. This role is ideal for a hands-on BAS professional who wants a true hybrid schedule-balancing remote programming work (60%) with field commissioning and system support.

You will take the lead on municipal, education, and commercial projects, developing programs from the ground up, building user interface graphics, and troubleshooting a wide range of BAS platforms used across schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings.

Position Details:
  • Title: Controls Programmer
  • Location: Austin, TX (60% Remote, 40% On-Site)
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Territory: Greater Austin area (rare travel outside the region)
