Office Controls Programmer-Thornton, CO- Large Controls Contractor (multiple states)
POSITION:
  • Office Controls Programmer
LOCATION:
  • Thornton, CO (North Denver)
  • Office Position
ABOUT The COMPANY:
  • 200+ Employees
  • Denver team has 10 employees; hiring 3 to 5 positions in 2022. Denver team subcontracts the controls install
  • Operates in a few states
  • Work: 50% Owner/Direct and 50% Plan-&-Spec
  • Retrofit and Service Work

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sit out-of-the Thornton, CO (North Denver) office
  • Programming and System Design (MS Visio or AutoCAD)
  • Create applications primarily in pre-package libraries and standardized databases
  • Create PID loops
  • Work on submittals
  • Select parts
  • Receives ALOT of engineering support from the company HQs engineers
  • Most projects come with SOOs - may need to review sequences and comments
  • VPN into site
