Litigation Associate Attorney (1–3 Years' Experience)
Varsanik Park, PLLC – Leesburg, Virginia


Varsanik Park, PLLC is a small law firm in Leesburg, Virginia, seeking a motivated litigation associate with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing practice.


Our firm represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of matters, with a particular emphasis on trust, estate and fiduciary litigation. We also represent commercial clients in transactional and litigation matters.


This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience in a collaborative mentoring environment while also developing and managing an independent caseload. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is committed to providing outstanding client service.


Qualifications


  • Current and active license with the Virginia State Bar.
  • 1–3 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research memoranda.
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
  • Estate planning, trust and estate litigation, and/or commercial litigation experience is a plus.


Position Details


  • Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Work remotely, from our office in Leesburg, Virginia, or both ("hybrid").

Compensation & Benefits


  • Salary commensurate with experience: $75,000–$110,000.
  • Client origination bonus opportunity.
