We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Barback to assist bartenders with stocking, organization, and maintaining a clean, efficient bar area. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service.

What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment, preferablyin upscale or fine dining.
  • Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.

What you'll do
  • Restock barsupplies including spirits, wine, beer, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glasswarethroughout service.
  • Maintain aclean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times.
  • Engage withguests to build bar business by fostering genuine connections, maintainingrelationships with regulars, and creating an inviting bar ambiance.
  • Assistbartenders with prep work including cutting fruit, batching mixers, and settingup service stations.
  • Reset the bartop, including refilling water glasses, clearing dishes, wiping down the barsurface, and resetting place settings as needed
  • Ensure barseating remains clean and orderly, including moving stools back into properposition and maintaining a tidy, welcoming bar environment.
  • Remove usedglassware, clean and return it to appropriate areas quickly and efficiently.
  • Empty trashand recycling regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure backupstock is readily available for quick restocking during high-volume service.
  • Assist withkeg changes and beer line maintenance as needed.
  • Support baropening and closing duties, including deep cleaning and inventory tasks.
  • Follow allhealth, sanitation, and safety regulations consistently.
  • Support teammembers and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.
  • Attendmandatory meetings and complete company-assigned training.
  • Maintainuniform standards and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Adhere to areliable work schedule and perform duties safely.
