Experience:

  • 3 years minimum Restaurant Manager
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
  • Servant leader mentality
  • Scratch kitchen experience a plus
  • 3-5$ million in annual revenue
