What you'll do: You'll build your team-from servers to hosts-all with the focus of positioning your location to build the business in a safe, productive environment that allows employees to thrive and advance.
Requirements:
Prior management experience in a similar organization. Preferably a college graduate with a two or four year degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or associated field, who is entering the full time work force or has successfully demonstrated leadership abilities and business acumen in role of assistant manager. Will successfully need to demonstrate all required training associated with Applebee's management training program, ongoing development as outlined by the General Manager
