Lead as the OB/GYN hospitalist facility medical director at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas! Are you ready to lead our expanded double-coverage model at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas?
TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced, or aspiring, OB/GYN hospitalist leader to serve as facility medical director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving clinical excellence and shaping the future of women's health services at a state-of-the-art facility.
Your Role
  • Oversee the OB/GYN hospitalist team and clinical operations
  • Foster strong, trusted relationships across the practice and hospital teams
  • Partner with leadership to align goals and strategies
  • Labor and delivery management
  • Coverage for unassigned OB patients
  • OBED and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
  • Serve at Arkansas' largest nonprofit hospital, home to a Level III NICU and the region's primary transfer center

Facility Description
At Baptist Medical Center- Little Rock, you'll find a supportive environment with 24/7 in-house coverage by NNP and/or neonatologist, along with MFM through a partnership with UAMS. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of OB/Gyn physicians while playing a key role in clinical education and quality initiatives as part of TeamHealth's Patient Safety Organization.
Job Benefits
- Highly competitive rate: $220 hourly
- Double coverage on all shifts
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $40,000 for qualified candidates

- Full-time schedule: 5 to 8, 24-hour, in-house shifts per month
