Baptist Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to address the unique emotional and relational challenges encountered during rehabilitation.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' relational dynamics, emotional vulnerabilities, and rehabilitation goals to create personalized treatment plans that encompass both mental health and rehabilitation objectives.
• Employ family systems theory and various therapeutic methodologies to enhance communication, encourage conflict resolution, and develop coping strategies for clients and their families.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists and physicians, to provide well-rounded care that aligns with our clients' therapeutic goals.
• Respond effectively to crises and provide immediate emotional support during critical phases of rehabilitation, ensuring that clients feel secure and understood.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, documenting client progress and treatment plans in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients and their families on the emotional facets of rehabilitation, presenting effective coping mechanisms and strategies for enhancing family relationships.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices within marriage and family therapy and rehabilitation.

This role focuses on clients who are navigating the complexities of recovery from physical and mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals and families, providing them the tools and support needed to rebuild their lives and relationships in a supportive environment.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective client interactions.
• A commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality in therapeutic practices.
• Ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing insights and collaborating on client care.

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation setting or providing therapy for individuals in recovery.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt approaches to meet client needs.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
