Job description

Sunny’s is the latest restaurant and bar from the team behind Miami’s award-winning Jaguar Sun, Sunny’s Someday Steakhouse residency at Lot 6, and ViceVersa. Located in Little River, Sunny’s began as Jaguar Sun’s response to the pandemic and quickly became one of Miami’s hottest reservations. Since debuting in its permanent iteration in October 2024, Sunny's has garnered both local and national acclaim, including Robb Report's "Best New Restaurant in America" and Condé Nast Traveler's "Best New Restaurants in the World."
The menu features raw bar selections, wood-fired proteins, steakhouse classics, and handmade pastas. On the beverage side, the team offers a substantial wine list spanning traditional options to more adventurous and obscure choices. Cocktails at Sunny’s are also at the forefront, with expertly crafted classics, no-ABV options, and large-format cocktails. Beyond outstanding food and drinks, Sunny’s offers a nightly dinner party that needs to be felt to be believed. The design is a modern take on the classic white tablecloth steakhouse, with a light-filled 76-seat indoor dining area, private dining room, U-shaped bar, and an expansive 3,000-square-foot Banyan-tree-canopied patio with outdoor seating.

The Sommelier position plays a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience at Sunny’s. As an active member of the service team, the sommelier is responsible for providing wine service while supporting the floor in all aspects of service.
