Job description

The Multimedia Designer at Beasley Media Group works closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Creative Team Lead to develop high-quality, visually compelling creative assets across multiple platforms. This role requires the ability to manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment while responding promptly to deadlines and priorities. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and receptive to constructive feedback from team members and clients, using that input to refine designs and deliver exceptional final products. The Multimedia Designer will also work closely with the video production team and sales team to develop integrated, creative marketing solutions that help clients achieve their business goals. This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and clients on executing design and creative assets
  • Create exceptional designs such as logos, layouts, web graphics, banner ad sets, social media content, and print
  • Work closely with the video production team to develop cohesive multimedia campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards, station guidelines, and client specifications
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Ability to receive and work with client feedback
  • Sharp eye for typography, color theory, and composition
  • Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
  • A collaborative and team orientated mindset
  • Knowledge of Mixpo or The Brief is preferred
  • Knowledge of video production and editing is preferred
