Job Description:

This role is leading a domain on our Vulnerability Remediation Support Analyst team. This is a new team of analysts that will perform the following key roles:

• Preparing the domains and the Enterprise for our ServiceNow transition

• Providing strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domain to influence change over time

• Experts on process, data, stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching

• Responsible for delivering support (answers to questions related to vulnerability management and patching) via existing Tech Support Channels

• Serving as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS performing vulnerability remediation and patching

• Identifying process and automation improvement opportunities in given domain

• *** experience strongly preferred. ServiceNow Vulnerability Management experience required.

• Experience with Confluence and vulnerability management a strong plus.

• This job is responsible for providing guidance and triaging issues related to security vulnerability management. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for application teams and working with operations and engineering teams, Information Security, and the business to resolve vulnerability remediation issues. Job expectations may include oversight and management of programs, coordinating activities across functional teams, remediating or escalating issues, and ensuring funding levels are maintained for key technology strategies.
