Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Banking Operations Processor job opportunity with a Bank providing personal, business, and digital banking solutions while remaining deeply committed to community development and financial empowerment. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), the Bank focuses on expanding access to affordable financial services, promoting financial literacy, and helping individuals and businesses build long-term wealth.
The Banking Operations Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Monitoring and processing checks received through remote deposit, posting incoming wire transfers, and managing online banking access, remote deposit access, and transaction limits.
  • Responding to subpoenas, processing account holds, and remitting funds for garnishments.
  • Opening new accounts and servicing online banking and listing service accounts.
  • Processing and researching Regulation E (Reg E) claims, managing inactive account notices, handling account escheatment, and performing related duties.
  • Handling returned items, ACH transactions, and other account-related processes.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Minimum high school education
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience preferably in an operations setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with peers, supervisors, management and outside vendors
  • Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, and other bank related software


Pay Rate Range: $20.50 - $22.50/hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
