Lead AI transformation strategies that redefine banking.
The Role
As an AI Transformation Managing Principal - Banking, you will partner with leading banking institutions to drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives that modernize operations, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate innovation. You will define AI strategy, identify high-value business opportunities, and oversee delivery alongside cross-functional teams. This senior consulting role combines AI strategy, business transformation, banking expertise, and executive client engagement to deliver scalable, business-focused AI solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Lead enterprise AI and Generative AI transformation programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies spanning foundation models, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Advise executive stakeholders across retail, commercial, corporate, and digital banking on AI opportunities in lending, customer servicing, operations, risk, compliance, and back-office transformation.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to develop, pilot, and scale enterprise AI solutions while building trusted executive client relationships and identifying new consulting opportunities.
  • Mentor consulting teams, strengthen AI capabilities within the Banking practice, and contribute to thought leadership, market offerings, and industry initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of consulting and technology transformation experience, including enterprise AI, AI/ML, or Generative AI strategy, with a proven track record delivering transformation within the banking sector.
  • Deep understanding of banking operations, digital banking, lending, customer experience, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated success building executive client relationships, leading complex consulting engagements, and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business value.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery. Willingness to work from our New York office three days per week.

  • Experience designing AI operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise adoption strategies.
